The first installation in France of the PRIMINER V15L vertical machining center, a high-performance model now integrated into the machine park of one of our loyal customers in northern France.

Integration of a suction system on a cylindrical grinding machine

Integration of a complete extraction system and motorized enclosure on a TOS BUB cylindrical grinding machine at D’HAENE, Belgium, to solve dust dispersion problems. The challenge was to adapt this bespoke solution to an older machine without altering its structural geometry or impeding operator access. The successful installation resulted in effective particle containment, considerably improving safety, air quality and the cleanliness of the grinding environment.
