To facilitate the operator’s work, the machines are equipped with operator stations that are spacious enough and meet the strictest ergonomic requirements. They consist of either a fixed cover or movable cabins (horizontally and vertically adjustable independently of the machine). Ergonomic operator stations guarantee excellent visual contact of the machine operator with the workpiece during machining, allow access to the workpiece during clamping or “tuning” of the NC program, and enable convenient manual tool change.
