This case study perfectly illustrates our added value: combining over 55 years of expertise with cutting-edge technologies to offer our customers reliable, high-performance solutions that are perfectly adapted to their needs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recently had the opportunity to put this approach into practice with the first installation in France of the <strong>PRIMINER V15L vertical machining center<\/strong>, a high-performance model that has now been integrated into the machine park of one of our loyal customers in northern France.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A partnership that strengthens our ability to meet every need<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always attentive to the needs of the mechanical subcontracting industry, we have expanded our network with new complementary brands &#8211; including <strong>PRIMINER<\/strong>, a recognized manufacturer of 3- and 5-axis machining centers. Their expertise and production capacity (over 1,000 machines\/year) are perfectly in line with our desire to offer robust, modern and immediately operational solutions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With its European headquarters based in Germany, PRIMINER also guarantees fast, reliable logistics, with spare parts delivered within 24 hours: an essential asset for our customers.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Successful PRIMINER V15L installation: performance, precision and stability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>V15L<\/strong> machining center we have installed completes the machine park of a major subcontracting company with which we have been working since 2013. This new machine enables us to machine smaller parts with a high degree of precision, while increasing the site&#8217;s output and flexibility. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key features of the V15L :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>X-displacement: <strong>1500 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-rigidity one-piece cast-iron structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three-axis linear roller guides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HEIDENHAIN<\/strong> control system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Load capacity: <strong>1500 kg<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24-position tool changer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrated oil cooling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimized chip management (Keyarrow conveyor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the V15L&#8217;s major assets is its Y-axis, equipped with <strong>four linear roller guides<\/strong> (as opposed to the usual two), guaranteeing exceptional stability and the absence of overhangs, even in demanding machining conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A long-standing partnership based on trust<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is the continuation of a solid partnership built up over more than ten years.
